John Holland was awarded a contract by CIMIC to construct a 5-Star Green Star Design and ‘As-Built’ rating, as well as deliver a 5-Star Energy Rating, which measures the actual energy efficiency performance of the building against the design commitments, after project occupancy.

DCL Contracting was engaged by John Holland to carry out the construction of a number of in-situ structural concrete columns which involved the installation of column formwork, reinforcement and the placement and compaction of the structural concrete. Following this DCL provide labour to assist JHG in reaching practical completion of the project.
