Vinod “Vinny” Maddineni is DCL’s Compliance Engineer, responsible for ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance. Working across several projects throughout Western Australia, Vinny plays a central role in quality assurance and quantity surveying (QA/QS), cost tracking and forecasting, tendering, and procurement. His oversight ensures that DCL’s delivery consistently meets program, client, and regulatory expectations while maintaining compliance across every scope of work.

Vinny’s career includes previous experience as a Site Engineer, Surveyor, Design Coordinator, and Estimator with respected organisations in Australia and overseas. These roles gave him broad exposure to design documentation, surveying, and cost estimation, strengthening his ability to integrate compliance requirements with practical project delivery.

Academically, Vinny holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering, a Master of Engineering Science (Civil), and an MBA specialising in Project Management. He has also published technical research in international journals and is recognised for his analytical mindset, innovative problem-solving, and ability to streamline processes. His career highlights include reducing construction periods by more than 20% through advanced scheduling methods and improving cost prediction accuracy with bespoke tools.
