The METRONET Victoria Park-Canning Level Crossing Removal project involves the Armadale Line Upgrade Alliance (ALUA), comprising Acciona, BMD Constructions, WSP, and AECOM, working to eliminate level crossings along the Armadale Line in the south-eastern suburbs of Perth. As Perth’s first major elevated rail line, this project will replace six level crossings with elevated rail and stations. This will reduce traffic congestion, enhance road safety for travellers, and provide new publicly accessible spaces. Ultimately, the project aims to deliver a safer, more accessible, and connected community within Perth’s south-eastern suburbs.
