Aoghan Daly is a Supervisor at DCL with extensive experience in civil construction, carpentry, and structural works across both residential and large-scale infrastructure projects. Beginning his career as a qualified carpenter, Aoghan built a strong technical foundation in formwork, roofing, and finishing works before progressing into supervisory roles

Over the years, Aoghan has developed strong skills in site supervision, conducting pre-starts and toolbox talks, organising materials, overseeing formwork and concrete pours, and liaising with engineers and clients to ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to program requirements. His background also includes experience in demolition, land preparation, and general civil works, giving him a broad understanding of construction operations from planning through to delivery

At DCL, Aoghan is responsible for coordinating site teams, managing resources, and ensuring all works meet safety, quality, and compliance standards. Recognised for his practical skills, leadership, and strong focus on health and safety, he plays an important role in supporting DCL’s project delivery across Western Australia.
