Ciara McCarthy is DCL’s Financial Controller, responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations and ensuring the effective management of budgets, cash flow, and reporting systems. With a strong background in management and administration, she plays a central role in supporting DCL’s strategic growth while ensuring financial compliance and stability.

Ciara brings over a decade of experience in leadership and business management, having progressed from frontline operational roles to senior management. Her career includes more than 14 years as General Manager of a busy hospitality and service business, where she gained extensive experience in payroll, rostering, budgeting, cash management, stock control, and team leadership. This experience provided her with a comprehensive understanding of financial accountability, client service, and the importance of balancing operational demands with commercial outcomes.

At DCL, Ciara applies this expertise to streamline financial systems, support project teams with accurate reporting, and provide strategic oversight of financial performance. Known for her strong organisational skills and ability to build effective working relationships, she ensures that DCL maintains transparency, accountability, and efficiency in all financial matters.
