Roisin’s career has included responsibilities in recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, performance support, and employee relations. She has successfully managed staff rosters, travel, site access requirements, and compliance documentation to ensure teams are deployment ready. Her experience in client-focused roles, including time with Enterprise Ireland and as a Personal Assistant in the legal sector, has strengthened her ability to balance operational demands with the need for confidentiality, accuracy, and clear communication.
