Thomas (Tom) Garnar is a Civil Supervisor at DCL with more than a decade of experience in formwork, concrete, and structural works across civil, infrastructure, and commercial projects. Starting his career as a formwork carpenter, Tom has developed into a skilled leader known for his hands-on expertise and strong trade background

At DCL, Tom is responsible for supervising site operations from establishment through to handover, coordinating crews, subcontractors, plant, and materials to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification. He is highly experienced in planning and sequencing concrete pours, interpreting technical drawings, and maintaining quality and compliance across all phases of construction.

Tom is recognised for his practical approach, strong communication skills, and commitment to building a positive safety culture. His leadership ensures that DCL consistently delivers high-quality outcomes on complex projects across Western Australia.
